His experiences span command, governance, training and logistics and he is renowned for leading small to medium teams to fantastic outcomes in the tactical and operational domains. Dan is an experienced Project Manager with more than 10 years’ Defence experience leading teams through all stages of the Capability Life Cycle. He was most recently responsible for delivering the Space Surveillance Telescope acquisition for the RAAF and US Space Force, a critical capability for the ADF and its US partners.

Tom's military career includes 25 years in the Royal Australian Navy and 15 years in the Navy Reserve.
