    We hope that each AeroPM employee would feel comfortable raising suggestions, concerns, comments or grievances with the Business team directly, at any time.  In the case that an employee does not feel comfortable discussing matters, this communication tool has been set up to allow anonymous submissions.

    Guidelines: This tool should be used and considered as a formal communication method. Suggestions, concerns, comments or grievances should be constructive and specific where possible. Examples of possible topics that we would like to see should be in regards to process improvement, revenue generation, resources or concerns. If you have specific suggestions please also include how it will benefit the company and how you think the suggestions/change/action should be implemented.

    Note: If you are using this tool to raise a complaint or grievance please ensure that you highlight how you would like the complaint or grievance redressed in line with the above guidelines.
