AeroPM is an award-winning professional services firm operating within the Defence Market Sector, supporting the ADF to acquire and sustain the latest technology across a range of asset classes to be used by the Army, Navy and Air Force. 

AeroPM are proud to offer penultimate and final year university students and graduates the opportunity to work alongside our experienced team of professionals, allowing them to be engaged on opportunities within significant and complex Defence projects.

AeroPM's graduate program offers graduates paid work within Defence Industry, providing great rounding and understanding of both the Government and Private sectors. Additional opportunities also exist to support large multi-national Defence Industry companies develop and execute proposals to deliver new capabilities to Defence. 

Over a two-year period, AeroPM ensures our graduates are exposed to a range of professional development activities, providing mentorship towards gaining both experience and certification. Throughout the program, graduates have access to training and development opportunities alongside other graduates across other programs, ensuring development is extremely well-rounded. Importantly, graduates are paired with a dedicated AeroPM mentor, from whom they have unlimited support and guidance.

ELIGIBILITY

To be eligible for our graduate program you must meet each of the following criteria. 

1. You must be an Australian citizen with the ability to obtain an Australian Government Security Clearance.
2. Be in your final year of undergraduate or postgraduate study.
3. On track to complete a relevant degree, having maintained a strong academic record with demonstrated critical thinking skills and the ability to solve complex problems.
4. Possess exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a high standard of reporting from your Department Head and referees.

AeroPM engages students through our paid intern program in which interns are exposed to different parts of the AeroPM business and Defence industry.

AeroPM's intern program allows students to apply their studies to real-life Defence projects in professional working environments. We offer our interns interesting and tailor-made experiences through which they are supported by experienced AeroPM mentors to best support their growth and development. 

Our program exposes interns to both the AeroPM business as well as Defence Industry and are fully flexible. Our programs are focussed on individuals and supporting their development allowing for choice and a broad range of experiences.
