This partnership gives our team and their loved ones access to 24/7 real-time support via chat or phone, connecting them to an expert team or registered nurses, psychologists, doctors, and professional safety experts.

All users have access to an 'Urgent Help' system, through which an alarm is triggered at Sonder's support centre, alerting them that an individual is in need of urgent assistance. If this feature is used, a member of Sonder will call or message immediately, and if the call or message is not responded to, they will send immediate help to your last known location. ​​
