Defence Support Services Panel
The Defence Support Services Panel is the biggest Commonwealth panel, also accessed by Other Government Agencies including Australian Federal Police, the Digital Transformation Agency and the Department of Home Affairs. Annual expenditure through the Defence Support Services Panel is expected to exceed $300m per annum. As a Service Provider within the Defence Support Services Panel, AeroPM can provide a broad range of skill sets to your program and project. The EBTS Panel is the principal contracting vehicle for the Department of Industry, Science, Energy and Resources. AeroPM provide professional services across the following five categories of service:

Capability Definition
AeroPM has wide-ranging experience with development of Capability Development Documentation (CDD) suites including Operational Concept Documents (OCD), Functional and Performance Specifications (FPS) and Test and Evaluation Master Plans (TEMP). With skilled experts in facilitating capability definition workshops and writing good requirements, AeroPM experts have significant practical experience with DOORS competency.

Specialist and Systems Engineering
AeroPM has established strong expertise in Aerospace Engineering, Systems Engineering and Engineering Management through provision of current and recent professional services within complex strategic CASG programs. AeroPM has continued to expand its extensive experience in development of Capability Definition Documentation suites and Specifications as well as project engineering documentation. Test and Evaluation
AeroPM has established strong expertise in the highly specialised Test and Evaluation (T&E) discipline across the Air, Sea and Land domains. Our T&E support capabilities encompass the full range of independent Verification and Validation activities across the Capability Lifecycle. This includes the complete spectrum of T&E support ranging from high-level test concept development during the capability concept and requirements development stage of the capability to assist with the specification of T&E requirement, all the way through to detailed test scoping, test planning, test conduct coordination including mission briefing and de-briefing, data collection, analysis and reporting. AeroPM personnel possess extensive practical experience with leading and managing multifaceted Defence T&E programs that spans across Preview Test & Evaluation, Development Test and Evaluation (DT&E), Acceptance Test and Evaluation (AT&E) and Operational Test and Evaluation (OT&E) phases. Our personnel have also been involved with the provision of Subject Matter Expert advice to various Defence T&E programs across Acquisition, Transition and In-service phases of the Capability Life Cycle.

Program and Project Management
AeroPM has established strong expertise in the Project Management (PM) discipline across the Air, Maritime, Land and Joint domains. Our capabilities encompass the full range of PM activities across all phases of the Capability Life Cycle (CLC) utilising contemporary PM methodologies. Our personnel have specific experience and expertise in introducing new Defence capabilities into service, through integration of Fundamental Inputs to Capability, in addition to project and program planning and management functions. The AeroPM team have extensive experience with leading and managing complex Defence Projects and Programs across all phases of the CLC. In support of respective Government approvals for major capital acquisitions, our PM specialists have developed Project Execution Strategies, Integrated Project Management Plans, Business Cases, Cost Models, Integrated Master Schedules and Work Breakdown Structures. Our PM specialists also have significant experience in Request for Tender (RFT) development, evaluation and negotiation across the full ASDEFCON suite (Complex, Strategic and Support).

AeroPM has strong experience developing contract performance management frameworks and managing contracts, including contract remediation activities. Corporate Performance Services
AeroPM has deep experience across a range of Corporate Performance Services, including Continuous Improvement – Strategy/Facilitation/Coaching/Mentoring Programs and training, Quality Management, Learning and Development, Capacity Planning Services and Workforce Intelligence. AeroPM personnel are highly skilled at developing capacity planning strategies, Resource forecast plans (including risk management) and budgets and are also able to provide and deliver strategic level advice, presentations, and reports to senior executives, demonstrating forward-thinking and an appreciation of the unique characteristics of the relevant workforce environment. AeroPM have staff holding qualifications in Assessment and Workplace Training and Quality Auditing, which enable them to conduct audits of internal processes and external suppliers, as well as provide a wide range of Learning and Development services.

FIC Coordination & Stakeholder Engagement
AeroPM proudly employs Australian veterans with strong operational knowledge and networks within the ADF. AeroPM personnel understand the Capability Life Cycle (CLC) and Fundamental Inputs to Capability (FIC) and have extensive experience in Stakeholder Engagement, transition. Management and IC coordination. Some of the programs that AeroPM personnel have been involved in from a FIC Coordination perspective include AIR8000 Phase 2 for the C-27 Spartan Battlefield Airlift delivery and transition into service and AIR-555 Phase 1 for the MC-55A transition planning.
